We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use course materials, templates, lesson videos, downloads, and community resources solely for your personal learning or internal business use (if you purchased a business plan, where offered). You may not resell, publicly distribute, upload, or share paid content (including screenshots, recordings, or files) without our prior written permission.
- Do not share login credentials or “mirror” our content on other sites.
- Do not remove watermarks, copyright notices, or attribution marks.
- We may suspend access if we reasonably believe the account is compromised or being shared.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, bypass security measures, scrape protected content at scale, disrupt our platform, or reverse engineer any protected systems.
Community behavior
No harassment, hate speech, doxxing, impersonation, or spam.
Platform integrity
No hacks, credential stuffing, automated abuse, or content theft.
3. Payments & Refunds
Prices are shown at checkout and may include taxes where required. Payments are processed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course is completed and no certificate has been issued. We may deny refund requests that indicate abuse (for example, repeated purchases/refunds or high consumption of content).
How to request a refund
Use the “Contact” button on this page and choose “Billing & Refunds”. Provide the email used at purchase and the course name. We respond within 2 business days.
4. Accounts, Security & Age
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use our services; if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have consent from a parent/guardian.

Sharing logins is prohibited unless explicitly included in your plan.

We may suspend accounts to protect users and our platform.
5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of jewelry you create. This Terms page does not claim your designs.
6. Disclaimers
The services and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Course content is educational and general in nature; outcomes depend on your materials, tools, practice, and skill level. You are responsible for safe handling of tools, heat sources, adhesives, and chemicals used in jewelry-making.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the services. Our total liability for claims relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid for the course or subscription giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the event.

Termination does not affect obligations that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property protections, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
